What is BIPOC and WOC?
When we use the term BIPOC, we’re referring to our products that were sourced and purchased from Black, Indigenous, People of Color. When we refer to ourselves as WOC, it means we are Women of Color.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our distribution team packs boxes Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm PST. Your order will be packed in the order it was received and shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your shipping selection at check out. Our goal is to get your order out as soon as humanly possible and provide you with tracking info to keep an eye on it.
I placed an order for overnight shipping, when will it ship?
Order by 12pm PST on business days for same day shipping.
I ordered a box as a gift for someone. Will they see a receipt inside?
We do not put a receipt or packing slip into these boxes. This will allow you to gift a friend or family member without them seeing the price.
How do you find the products that go into the boxes?
We source products from individuals and companies whose founders or CEO identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Color, members of the LGBTQ+ community or female.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns at this time.
My items or items I sent someone arrived damaged.

Why is shipping so expensive?
Shipping prices within the US have gone up significantly since the beginning of COVID-19. The prices you see are generated directly from our carriers and not us.
Does the box ship as shown?
Depending on which picture you’re referring to, yes! We've created a durable mailer box in order to do our part in being eco-friendly. There is no additional packaging surrounding it.
Are there international shipping options?
We currently only ship within the US. We will begin shipping internationally during the holiday season.
My box says it was delivered, but I didn't get it!
If a box says "delivered" on your tracking but you didn't get it, our team will do everything in our power to help you locate it by calling the carrier and delivery building. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that's out of our control. If this happens we recommend filing a carrier claim, and we're happy to do the same on our end!
